Ultimately, Marvel wound up shutting down their TV division and relaunching it under Feige's control. However, this also led to the MCU's Films and TV shows being treated as seperate entities, causing a disconnect in the MCU. To prevent this from happening, Feige was promoted and the committee was dissolved. This was the last straw, with Feige threatening to quit. Kevin Feige had became frustrated with the Marvel's Creative Committee and their control over the films.

Avengers: Age of Ultron: Bruce said he can't have a relationship with Natasha because he can't have kids, and she says she can't either because she was sterilized during her spy training to make it easier to kill, to focus on the mission, to make her a "monster" note A running theme in the movie.But then in the sequel we meet said father and… well let’s just say “jackass” is way too nice of a word. Guardians of the Galaxy: Yondu and Kraglin mention that it ended up being for the best that they adopted Quill and didn’t deliver him to his father, claiming he was a jackass.Thor: The Dark World, the next film in the franchise, actually features one for Odin's wife Frigga. Tony and Rhodey at one point speculate that Killian's plan for President Ellis is to burn him and give him a Viking funeral.Both of these are made harsh in light of Avengers: Age of Ultron, in which Tony's aforementioned project becomes that film's titular villain. Tony also is looking forward to a new project at the end. Captain America: The First Avenger: The beginning of the film has the Red Skull's forces attacking Tonsberg, Norway, and he's implied to have ordered the town decimated after acquiring the Tesseract.Come the third film he is suffering from PTSD-like symptoms following The Avengers, and he hasn't been able to sleep due to nightmares. Iron Man: A newscast mentions rumors that Tony is suffering from PTSD following his return from Afghanistan and has been bedridden.Becca must now decide to either go ahead with her marriage to Sean and watch the years play out as they have before, or chuck it all and try for a re-do of the history of her life that’s still in the future. As Becca mulls over her past with Lolly and the mishap of her marriage to her first husband, Sean (Horner), she wakes up on her wedding day and discovers that it’s 15 years in the past – she’s about to marry Sean, her own parents are still married, and Lolly is still in her life. It centers on Becca (Ramsey) who, as she nears 40, is about to embark on her second wedding to Andy Kelly, but her joy is tempered by the absence of her old best friend Lolly (Goldberg) who’s a no-show, having dropped out of their relationship years ago.
